In February 1981 a group of Hospital Employee Health Nurses met to network and exchange ideas, information, policies and procedures, and best practices unique to the hospital setting. As a result of this exchange the New Jersey Hospital Employee Health Nurses Association, an allied organization of the New Jersey Hospital Association, was formed.
